Gourmet Mac and Cheese!

No, it wasn’t very French, and it wasn’t a “health-conscious” recipe that I found,  but this mac and cheese from auntbaaa on Twitter, did have some fabulous cheeses in it:

White cheddar, Gruyere  and Fontina team up to soothe the spirit dampened by the cold weather clinging to our spring days.  It is supposed to serve six people, but my ramekins are small so I’ll get eight servings.  Just as well!  Pair it with a mixed greens salad with a low-cal raspberry vinegrette for a very filling meal.  Be careful if you are dieting for that summer swimsuit…this is really delicious…resist those seconds!  Double the happiness of good food with your strength of resolve.  Yes, you can!
