French beret manufacturers in the Basque country have doubled production. That’s the funky little black or red one you get in the Paris souvenir shops. I bought one in 2001 and wear it as a my “fav.” But I’m nobody important. If you need proof that “they’re back,” just check out the celebs and the catwalks. Make it your rebel insignia like Ché Guevara, or just because it looks great with your blond hair. Who cares why? Just get one and make your “inner French girl” happy. Its not just for your French teacher anymore!
